Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  Also an excellent question! We aren’t actually real estate agents, but real estate investors. This means we don’t put houses on the market for our clients. We buy them, fix them up, then flip them to turn a profit. We buy houses in Chicago that line up with our qualifiers. After that, we fix it up to list it or maintain it as a rental property ourselves.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  It is true that we usually purchase houses at less than their maximum retail value. This is so we can eventually turn a profit when we flip and resell it. Ideally, we are buying at a nice discount. However, you can ask our clients, we still offer a beneficial service. You see, many people still find our fast and straightforward process appealing. We also can offer a cash payment. You also won’t have to deal with fixing up the house at all or repairing it. Nor will you need to deal with a lengthy and time-consuming selling process. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  This is also an excellent question. We are happy to explain this. We have a simple process for pricing out houses. We will consider where the house is, how many repairs it needs, the condition it is in, and what nearby houses have been selling for. All of this will be taken into account when we come up with an offer amount for your property. We will also be more than happy to explain and break down your offer for you once it is prepared.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: Here is a big difference between us and a typical real estate agent. We don’t EVER charge fees or commissions for our services. A real estate agent does provide a valuable service and one that you will definitely pay for!

Selling a house via a real estate agent is great if you have the time on hand to wait for a sale. What if you don’t though? Think of it, paying for the mortgage, utilizes, and more while waiting to hopefully get a good offer. You’ll also need to pay some of the sale profit to your agent for their services.
